Business Ethics

Our approach to Ethical Business is to work in partnership with our partners based on transparency, co-operation and continuous improvement. Any business that thinks long-term and follows sound business principles creates value for shareholders and for society through its activities, e.g. in terms of jobs for workers, taxes to support public services, and economic activity in general.


Record-Keeping
The company requires honest and accurate recording and reporting of information in order to make responsible business decisions. Only the true and actual number of hours worked, sales figures should be reported.All of the company’s books, records, accounts and financial statements must be maintained according to the legal requirements and to the company's system of internal controls.


Confidentiality
Team members must maintain the confidentiality of confidential information entrusted to them by the company or its customers. Confidential information includes all non-public information that might be of use to competitors, or harmful to the company or its customers.  Any piece of personally identifiable information is considered customer information. This includes, at minimum, customer name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card number and driver’s license number.
